any documentation on how to use the billing system?

i would like to know how this item works. seams very promising but i don't know how to use it.

No, there is no additional documentation available except of the ISPConfig manual.

Generally, you create the billing items on the invoice tab of the website(s) and then you are able to create the invoices in the invoicing / faktura module.
