Hey how do I get a GUI desktop invornment onto Debian Sarge? I don't have a working internet connection on the machine, and right now it's installed but ONLY command line based.
Any help would be wonderfull! =]

Did you download all 14 Debian Sarge CDs? Because if not, and you don't have an internet connection, you cannot install the required packages.

I don't want to download and burn 15 cds. Does anyone know what cds xfce is on?

I don't think you can pick out certain CDs. You must download them all or get a fast internet connection.

Well the thing is I have a fast internet connection I just don't have a nic for the computer I'm installing Debian Sarge onto. So I cannot download the packages from the websites.

Then you must either download all CDs or get a network card for the Debian system. Network cards are very cheap nowadays, you can get them for about 5 EUR.
