2 Web folders, is that good?

I am having two web folders. one in the first vieuw in web-ftp there I have put my test website and thats working fine. And I have one in /user/mydomain.nl_test/web.

Have I set it up the wrong way? Thought I have followed the perfect setup precisely.

I guess you mix something up. The one folder with the name web[ID] is a folder, the folder with the name of the domain is a symlink to this folder, so you have just one folder for the website.

The folders inside the user folder are the user websites. Please have a look at the manual for a explanation of this function.
