What are the reasons to integrade proftp into ISPConfig. Is'nt that ftp-server one whith the most security problems?

The problem with VSFTPD is that it is very limited in its functionality and does not support the needs of a hosting enviroment without a separate TCP server that spawns one process per IP address to allow more then one anon FTP account per server.

The bug history of proftpd has been worse some years ago, but it has not had critical bugs for a long time until the bug that was found a few days ago.
