Trying to install LAMP server..error

This is what I get everytime! I re-installed Fedora about 5 times now and I still get it. What am I doing wrong? Or what did I do wrong?

Are you running the Add/Remove programs app,
This causes that, but i doubt you are

What's the output of ps aux|grep yum?
