I have mail server for operation:
Red Hat 8.0
sendmail

And I am planning for new mail server for testing. Please give me great suggestions for the best mail server solution based on your experiences considering the following:
1) Easy to setup - because I am new with linux.
2) Wide support - because I need support during the installations and configurations of linux operating systems for mail server, anti-spam, anti-virus...etc...

I've heard the combination of Fedora, Postfix, SpamAssassin, ClamAV. I am very interested with that setup because I've noticed that there is a lot of support in many forum compare of using Red Hat.

I recommend Postfix. It's much easier to configure than Sendmail. :)
