I only found The Perfect Setup - SuSE 10.1 32 bit, is it not relevant to 64 bit?

It will work for 64Bit too. But it might be that you will have to install some 32Bit compatibility packages for e.g. openssl. But I recommend to try it and in the case you get a error, post the error here.
