Mailman error

When I reboot my server I get an mailman error. Something with "Site list is missing".
I have no clue.
But do I need mailman for ispconfig or something else. Like sending and receiving mails???

Mailman is for mailing lists. IF you just want to send and receive emails, you don't need mailman.
