email client login problem (my linux aint Broken but ill fix it anyhow)

i have followed the perfect setup guide to setup server with fedora and isp config and am trying to get outlook to login and get mail and have pointed it to my domain. When it finds the mail server it is having problem with login name and password yet these are the same as the account that i have created under email accounts in ispconfig.

where do need to start looking for the problem
any help apprecaited

Are you using the user name (web(nr)_name) and not the email address to access the account?

Yes that is correct i am using the web_ address to log in in fact i have tried every combo even with the domain name attached as well.
When i first got it to work arfter loading ispconf i sent a email to the address and it created hundreds of error email messages that came back to my mail box.

I got this reply when i sent a email to the mailbox user address if this helps

Please make sure you have enabled Maildir in ISPConfig (MAnagement -> Server -> Settings -> Email).
