all sites direct to /var/www

Hi guys,

I followed the perfect setup for dapper drake (to the letter) and everything seems to be ok, but after i create a new site, when i browse to it, i get the /var/www virtual diectory listing.

Additionally, when i browse to the domain/web folder, the php script comes up as plain text instead of parsed as php. I have ticked the PHP Scripts checkbox too.

I read a similar thread to this..
I checked the apache2.conf file and the Vhosts_ispconfig.conf file and they seem to be correct also.

Any ideas? What should the permissions on the Vhosts_ispconfig file be?

Also i noticed when i go into the ftp manager for a website, only the web folder is there, unlike shown in the usermanual.

Are there any copies of the file Vhosts_ispconfig in the same folder with a dat appended?

There was, but unfortunately I was impatient and just reformatted and installed edg eft and so far everything seems to be working ok.
