Can you explain more specific what you need?
A OS normally doesn't have to do anything with GUIs from additional services/daemons. Those are different pieces of software.

You could use ISPConfig for it, it works on lots of distributions. :D

Couldn't agree more, ISPConfig works like a charm! But seriously, no server actually needs a GUI frontend. You can use a lot of different things, like ISPConfig, or Webmin (or both). With the plugins available, you shouldn't have any needs for a GUI on the server.
