View Full Version : Trashscan Notification Problem

I just discovered that my mailserver (trashscan, really, it seems) has been sending out a bunch of notification mails to a mailing list, complaining about a suspicious email I recieved through the list... The problem is that the notification keeps being sent, though I've only recieved 1 suspicious mail.
How do I disable the notification messages permanently? For all users that is...
It's kind of urgent, since this it's becoming a bit embarrassing sending out over 10 mails a day repeating the same message... So please help fast! :(

You can find the trashscan script here:
/home/admispconfig/ispconfig/tools/clamav/bin/trashscan
The template where this file is generated from is here: /root/ispconfig/isp/conf/trashscan.master
But if you don't want that messages are sent out then go to Management -> Server -> Settings -> Email, and in the field Antivirus-Admin prepend a # to the email address, e.g.
#admin@example.com
Then no more virus notifications will be sent out.
