Remove the https from the administration panel ?

Hello, I have problems with the https, it is the panel of administration of the sites which there are above but free has of the problems and thus that disturbs a little the https (pages which take care but do not stop charging…), and considering the HTTP is correct, I want to pass my panel of administration in HTTP.
i.e. that currently, my administration is:
- https://domain.com:81
and I want to pass it in:
- http://domain.com:81

is it hard to make?
