Copy mysql-dump to new Server with same Structure?

Hi,

i have installed ispconfig on Suse 10 and it's works really great.
But now i have ordered a new Server with Suse 10 too and
have a question:

If i make a dump from the ispconfig DB on Server1, install ispconfig
on server2 with the same filestructure and http_dir, is it then possible
to put the dump on Server2 and after login in ispconfig the software
creates all resellers and webs ?
If not, what options are availible to "copy" the ispconfig from server1 to server2 ?
