Hello,

I have a debian sarge system runing ISP-Config.
There are already 1 domain running on this server.

I readed in the Debian Perfect Setup, that it is better (security) to run bind chrooted as bind:bind (user/group).
The bind that i have is actualy run as root:root.

THe Question is:
Can i now follow the instructions to chnge that, is it possible?

Thanks!

If you have followed the instructions from the "Perfect Setup", your BIND should already run chrooted. Please check your configuration again. If it's not running chrooted, you can change that now.

Can i change this with no worries later (now), i have already 2x Domains with many DNS-records created in ISP-Config.

Thanks.

Yes, you can change it now. When you follow the steps in the in the perfect setup guides, you current configuration is moved to the chroot jail.
