Hello everyone,

can anyone help me? i want to block an ip adress in ispconfig. how will that work?

why do you need to block an ipaddress, is this for mail or web access ect...

hi,
this ip adresse produces much traffic und it seems to that this servers try to force the connection to break down, therefore i would like to block the ip adress.

Quite difficult to do.. no matter how you block it either using your linux box or your router the traffic will still hit the router/linux and then get blocked. So you will be able to prevent your ispconfig server from processing the information but your connection will still see the trafic.

What type of router are you using.
