Form Processing problem on OpenSuSE 10.1

I have installed some PHP SuSE 10.1 programs on Open SuSE 10.1. Some work and some dont. For example, phpMyAdmin works but some others like NetOffice, don't. I does not accept username/password for login. It works well on SuSE 9 or 10. Also, When I write an HTML form, it not processed unles I use $POST...

Is there a way to fix it?

In SuSE, you try to do it in the apache config files in the directory home root section.
