My webserver won't display characters like æ, ø and å.
What should I do?

Do you mean the ISPConfig httpd on port 81 or your normal webserver on port 80 and 443?

my normal webserver.
my virtual hosts on port 80
haven't checked 81, cause most is on english:P

You can try to set the default characterset in you apache configuration to the correct locale.
