Autoresponder limited to 1 reply only

Where's that recipe for autoresponder i need to change so that user doesn't get only 1 reply no matter how many times he sends email to autoresponder? Since i'm using one of the emails for helpdesk i need this to be disabled..

Right, nevermind.. I'm going to use php to send back email to the user.. Since i need a few different templates from 1 email i can make them the way i want..

Just as reference, there is a .autoresponder.rc file in the home directory of the user.
