GDM & connection limit

Hi

We have setup fedora core 5 with GDM to have remote desktop and its working but problem is once we reach 15 user connection, it stops excepting new connection.

We try finding the place where we can increase this limit but so far been unsuccessful, was wondering if any one of you know how to increase the limit and will be appreciated
