Ip Address??

Hello for the ipconfig setupo, if i'm behind a router and my ip is 192.168.0.100 do i enter that as the ip address??? or do i enter 24.150.83.128 which is the routers main ip??

Also which ports do I have to forward (allow) in the router? other then
80 - http
81 - admin
21 - ftp
22 - ssh

That depends on the services you want to make available from the internet. I also recommend these ports.
