Ubuntu keeps rebooting after installation

Hello again lol,
I have just installed ubuntu 6.06 LTS server edition following falko once again excellent how-to, but once the installtion is complete you remove the installation cd and the computer restarts. Trouble is the computer then wont stop restarting, it boots post the BIOS and starts GRUB but then restarts, my thinking is it has something to do with GRUB but i'm unsure

I think it's an issue with the kernel. Did you use the Ubuntu server CD to follow the tutorial, or the normal desktop CD?

I downloaded and burned to disc the server CD off the Ubuntu website. I'm pretty sure its the right disc lol. I also have another verison of Ubuntu which came with "Linux Format" magazine I have got which gives you a DVD Live verison of Ubuntu, I have installed this and it works good so I know its not the computer or anything faulty, I would use that disc but I think its the desktop edition.

I found this website which solved my problem, turns out the computer I run doesnt meet the system requirements, but this website found the soloution
