Screen size and KVM

I'm using a KVM for my XP machine and my Ubuntu LAMP 6.06 with desktop installed. Is there a way I can adjust the H.Size, V.Size, H.Position and V.Position in Ubuntu so when I toggle between machines I don't have to adust these positions on my monitor?
