It would be usefull to get the services log from somewhere inside the ispconfig. Sometimes I see some service down and i cant get the ssh client, it would be nice to see whats going on inside the server...

A script for that would be easy I guess, just making a pulldown, whith your desired files displaying their content in a textarea
, but the question is if the contents can be read from admispconfig use, the ispconfig's apache is running and where to implement it for only admin access...

Maybe just put it into the tools dir like the whois script?

Im talking about the log file located on /var/log where services states are saved.. dont remember its name..

ah, I thought you mean any logfile below /var/log

But I don't know anything from "the logfile" where services report what they did except the messagelog / dmesg. Is that what you mean?
