Possible to remove manuals... ?

Does it give a way to remove the not used languages in the menu-entries for the clients ?

(as example - I don´t need the following entry:
Hilfe->Englisch->Kunden Handbuch
How can I remove this ?)

remove the lines 414 to 430.
