Hi guys

For example:

We have 2 Servers and would like to transfer the domains to the newer one.

But this costs time and time is money and we havenīt got this time so we think of a script that makes an transfer of this size rahter faster and efficienter.

on the old server we use sun cobald system :)

Still not very detailed. What do you use on your new server? Do you use a control panel? Do you use system users or virtual users? Etc.

I have 2 servers one i use as a master one as a backup. Every night i rsync all websites and mailboxes across. Then also do a full mysql dump across. I have the exact same versions of apache exim mysql installed on both. Then in my case as it is freebsd in event of disaster i just replace the backup machines rc.conf with the masters and reboot job done.

You are still lacking in detail as regards your setup so can't really offer any help :)

You should really try to be more detailed. How can you expect us to spend time answering your questions if you don't even have the time to tell us what exactly your problem is? :rolleyes:
