Hi,

Unsucessfully I am trying to find some "online pricing web based software" or "online quoting system" that can be used for "online quotes" for selling computer equipment. Something that uses PHP & MySQL or alike.

Does anone knows which script / program I might use.

Preferably free solutions ;)

Is there a option for "build-to-order" in osCommerce ?
Actually "Simple Form Ordering With Autocalculations"

Well, I still have no clue what you mean and on that link provided there is no "configure it"

next to the piture of PC & keyboard there is button with incription "configure it".

also there is one more at the end of the page.

when you click it, window is refreshed, and the you can custom configure / buils computer system that you are interesetd in buying.

what I need is script in php, perl etc., that is donig the same job:
"Order Form with Autocalculate/recalculate option"

You can search hotscripts.com for such a script/application, but I guess you have to program it yourself...

YES, it is!

I just checked the same link with IE, and it is opening the same page as it opens for you...??

I think it's some "cookie" related thing...

Read warning at the top of the page

Yes, must be some cookie thing. I think you were logged in before, but none of us has an account there, so that's why we don't see what you see.

oscommerce is nice and easy to install. For default install.

Problem occurs when someone try to install "contributions". Every contribution goes directly into the changing of core of oscommerce.

Huh.

Anyway, here is where I am right now with my installation of Custom Pc creator:
