Mailrelay

Hi,

I got a centos 4.3 server here with ispconfig installed. (followed perfect setup).
But i cant receive mail because my provider blocks port 25. But my provider got a mailrelay server so that you can run a mailserver at home.
Now my question:
Do I have to make changes in postfix/dovecot so that the mailrelay will work?

I changed the mx records of the domain... but do I need to change things in the server configuration too?
