Support for mailuser on co-domains

Simple request for adding mailusers on co-domains.
Not having to add them as sites would be pretty neat and still be able to add mailusers on them.

Mailsusers are added automatically on all co-domains. In the next development version there is also a checkbox list to select which co-domains shall be bound to the mailuser.
