Help of this errors

My server ISPC 2.37 use /var/www/html/webxx/web directories.

I have this errors in /etc/httpd/logs/error_log:

In original sharedip directory i have only one file: index.html
Lately go down visits in sites of this server.

Please, say me i must to tray add this missing files or not, or decision in is other action.

Thats ok, just bots that try to access files there. This is nothing to worry about.

But if i tray to put robot.txt and .htaccess in this directory, which to stop bad bots and redirect bots in right directory of server, are have any bad effect in work of ispconfig in my server

You can do this if you like, it will not affect ispconfig. But bad bots will ignore robots.txt file, so there will most likely no change at all when you do this.

My recommendation is to just ignore this and do nothing.
