Protect ISPConfig3 installation from inside spamming question

Dear all I have a question that if solved could be a nice tip/trick!

If I have a user registered in my ISPConfig instalation, how can I monitor and find out if this user has setup an email account and he is sending spam all over the world?

Does spammassasin protect that or he just protects from the incoming emails?

Is there any way to protect from the outgoing and get I as an admin get some sort of warning?

Check your mailqueue regularily. If you see a high amount of undeliverable emails, then you might have a spam sending problem.

spamasassin filters incoming as well as outgoing emails.

No. Otherwise there would be no spam emails out there that were send trough the large email providers like google or yahoo as they would have implemented such a software if it would be possible.
