mail problem

Make a Email with my Outlook to this Domain zwentendorf-donau.gv.at
then retournet my Emailserver this Messages:

The problem is that mx1.noe.gemserver.at doesn't know the email address christian.richter@zwentendorf-donau.gv.at. It has nothing to do with your server.
