I have the same question, and Iam using Qmail(on an debian box) on my old mailserver. How can I port this to my nice and fresh Fedora Core 5 ISPconfig server?

If you use Maildir on your ISPConfig server, it should be possible to just copy over the Maildirs to the new server (into the users' homedirs).
