Quota Warning and expirey

Hi Guys,

If a users mailbox is over the limit should they be receiving an mailbox full warning,

Secondly and maybe a feature request if the users mailbox has not been accessed for a defined period of time can we have an option to auto expire.

i.e. stop receiving mail.

EDIT : Also how can I check each users used quota,
in the mailbox traffic stats is 2 000 000 kB actually 2gig
