View Full Version : Unable to access account via FTP client

ISSUE SOLVED

i had to put the client name before the username and it connected.. a moderator can delete this post thank you


I followed the ISPConfig 3 tutorial for CentOS 5.3 and am able to modify the websites that are hosted on the server by pasting the content directly in the folders

But I'm unable to login into my account via an FTP client, it gives the following error

i put in the correct login details but i still get this error, do i have to set any parameters differently in ISPConfig interface ?
