Quota tracking page

Is it possible to have a page integrated in to the email tab that shows:

User/Email Account
Account Quota
Current % of quota used

Account Quota Usage
1@blah.com 1024 10%
2@blah.com 1024 20%
3@blah.com 1024 90%

[perhaps in a graph/bar format]

Given that the interface currently show usage on a monthly/yearly basis hopefully this shouldn't be too hard.
