Transfer files from old server to new server..

Hi,

I want to move a website from a different webhost to my own ISPconfig webhost. Is there a better way aside from downloading the files from the old server then uploading it to the new one?

I am planning to move at least 3 websites.

Just to add, I have NO shell access on the first server..
I DO have full root access on the ISPconfig server..

maybe you want to download the files directly to your own webserver, so you dont need to upload them.
just install a ftp programm and uninstall it after transfering the files.
sometimes you will need ftp for uploading backups to your backupspace anyways...
