PowerDNS plugin

I've installed plugin. It works in background with native ISP dns module. Does anyone uses that plugin? Does anyone patch this?

The patches are alreyd in svn. I recommend that you wait for ISPConfig 3.0.2 if you want to use powerdns with ispconfig. ISPConfig 3.0.2 will support BIND too. If you want to test powerdns it now, get the latest code from svn and copy the powerdns plugin to your ispconfig installation.
