FTP user. one account, multiple directories

I'm trying to set up a user so that they have access to multiple directories off the /web/ directory. Is this posible?

I can set up a new FTP user so that they have access to "/var/www/clients/client1/web1/web/app" no problem. How would I let that same user have access to "/var/www/clients/client1/web1/web/skin"?

Just leave the FTP user at it is by default, then he has access to all subdirectories of the website.
