reseller or client ?

in admin login when u try to add reseller .. its ok .. but after editing it .. the reseller gets in to clients part ...
and this thing with hosting plans - limiting databases, mailaccounts, connections ... is absolutely confusing .. and works when it want to work

Resellers dont become clients. You can only make a reseller a client if you change the number of sublients to 0 in the settings of the reseller of if you try to assign a client template to the reseller.

limiting databases, mailaccounts, connections ... is absolutely confusing

And what is confising with that? A limit is a number, so limit databases = 5 alows to add the reseller or client to have up to 5 databases... Thats how limits in general and not only in ispconfig are defined. By setting a number that LIMITs the availability of a specific feature.

this part 5=5 is ok .. but setting the templates is like hell ... actualy i didnt do it .. when i try to make it happen .. ISPCNF says that i rech max limit of 1(mail, base, site ... :) whatever it means :)
and btw .. when u adding database or site .. why the reseller is in the list of clients ? its kind of strange .. if u push something wong and if u try to fix it .. everythin gets to .. client 0 ?
