Change folder for web

I have just installed ISPC3 on a server using the guide for it.

I want to place web like this:

[username]/[domain.tld]/[host]/

And ftp will go in the [username] folder.

How can I do this best?

This is not supported and the placeholders you used are not known by the scripts. If you want to cahnge it like this you will have to rewrite the apache plugin.
