MX not working?

When I add MX Record for domain, it is not working. I want to redirect e-mail server to other server, but when I add MX record with mailserver where I want to redirect, it's not working:(

I can't see it on http://dig-nslookup.nmonitoring.com/dns-dig-nslookup.html?domain=eucert.sk&pingsub=1

Can some1 help me please?
