In Uebimiau webmail the timestamp is always +0 GMT.

Problem:
If i change the timezone in the Uebimiau's setting screen to +1, which is my timezone, the timestamp of incoming e-mails is 1 hour to early. (+0 GMT).

For information:
The timezone in my inc.php file is:
$server_time_zone = "+0100";

On the shell:
When i give the command date:
I have Tue May 2 21:57:08 CEST 2006
Which is +1 GMT

How can i solve this problem?
I found out that others have this problem too!
For example, read here:
