nzbperl howto?

Anyone here using "nzbperl" http://noisybox.net/computers/nzbperl/

I've downloaded the nzbperl.pl script and the "sample nzbperlrc" (and made some changes to it) , but I have no clue on how to use it.
Runing "./nzbperl.pl" will show me a menu with lot's of nzbperl options.
