SSL after update

I went through what felt like a lot of trouble getting my SSL cert (from Godaddy) working for my main website and ISPConfig. I just updated and the cert still works for my website, but it looks like the Snakeoil cert is back for ISPConfig. How do I change that one again? I promise this will be the last time I ask.

Copy the ssl cert and key files back to the /root/ispconfig/httpd/ssl... folders.

It looks like the files are still in root/ispconfig/httpd/conf/ssl.crt
