Ood mail issue

Hi folks,

I got an usual email today from my server telling me:

The following users are near or already over their quota limit on server www:

Used Storage Space: 37.01 MB
Allocated Storage Space: 40.00 MB
User's Real Name: Eliecer Acevedo
User's Email Address: eacevedo@asesoriasit.net
Web Site: www.asesoriasit.net

And I check on my folder and please see image...


What can I do then??

The quota cna be filled up by any files the user uploaded e.g. with FTP. This are not only email files! Check also the /tmp folder for files belonging to that user.
