How I can connect with filezilla to a user ftp account?

With the user's username (e.g. something like web1_someuser) and his password. The hostname can be the IP address or any FQDN pointing to the server.

That's what I'm trying but I can't connect to the account. Now I was looking for the xferlog but I counld't find it and even I don't no where I can configure the xferlog.

Does other FTP clients like wsftp or smartfrp work? have you enabled FTP for the website in the settings of the website in ISPConfig?

I have not tryed to use other ftpclients but I've enabled "FTP Access:"
in
ISP Manager > Basis>FTP Access
Is there somthing else to do?

Do you see any errors in /var/log/syslog, /var/log/messages and /var/log/auth.log?
What's the exact error message your FTP client is giving you? Does your firewall allow connections to port 21?

It's working now but I don't Know why.
I've restarted dom0 and domU and it's working now.
