Will Ubuntu update effect ISPC3?

Hi

I am running a dedicated Ubuntu 8.10 server + ISPConfig 3.0.1.3 setup using the relevant howtoforge guide.

If i run 'do-release-upgrade' to update ubuntu to 9.04 server will this effect my ISPConfig 3 configuration?

EDIT Post subject should say 'upgrade' rather than 'update' sorry.

No, this should not have an effect on ISPConfig.
