hello, as I can bring postfix to it an acknowledgment of receipt and a transmission confirmation to set.

You mean whenever you send or receive a mail, you want a confirmation message? What if you receive 1000 spam messages? Then you would receive 1000 confirmation mails as well...

no I would like to examine only one time long whether my e-mels am also really sent and I can get also which. Possibly as I do not trust the peace as can I easily examine whether email was sent or not??

Why dont you have a look in the mail log?
