cannot connect with ssh users

I have created a SSH user in the control panel but when I try and SSH login the user the result is : exonikexonik@192.168.0.105's password:
Permission denied, please try again.

My configuration is : ispconfig 3 and ubuntu server...

Please help me

Maybe it helps you, if you have a deeper look at your log-files.
INside this files you should see more information what is going wrong...
